Very inexpensive for what it can do. Took it on vacation and used it a few times. Charges using computer USB connection and as DC powered car charger

To be honest, I was skeptical when I got this but very pleased with it. I'm in the midst of a long term trip to Sub-Saharan Africa and have lots of Li On batteries, multiple cameras, GPS, and the like. Every one has a separate charger, which started to add up to quite a bit of weight and volume just to keep things going. Now I've got one small charger that powers everything.

But what makes it even better is it's flexibility. You can plug it into the wall (120-240V), or a USB outlet to charge. Or, if you've only got one outlet you can use the USB to charge something else while charging a battery. I have a small AA powered USB charger, which means using this I can charge any battery I have on the road.

The instructions are poor to none. I bought two at the same time for a friend and they came in one without instructions and one with and they were slightly different shades of white (not a big deal). Anyway this is very convenient once you figure it out (if yours doesn't come with instructions). My sister figured out she could also charge her cell phone battery with it. Its convenient that you can charge from the wall or USB, or in the car with the USB adapter that it comes with, as well as being able to plug in another USB device to charge.

I give it 4 for the convenience of what it is, which I haven't found really another that compares, but minus one for lack of instructions.
